Hot printing and Embossing
In the process of hot printing, a relief pattern is imprinted in the material (leather, leatherette, paper) with a heated magnesium die. Usage of a metallic or pigment foil paper provides a distinctive shiny image; then it is called foil printing. The maximum imprint area is 110 x 70 mm.
Imprintable items: time managers, folders, wallets, briefcases, business card cases, etc.
Embossing is a technique which creates a raised pattern on paper by means of an etched die. For accentuation of certain elements, embossing can be combined with foil printing. The maximum embossing area is
160 x 110 mm.
Embossable items: invitations, greeting cards, letterheads, business cards, diplomas, etc.
